Cross-Venue Spread

Structural · Kalshi + Polymarket · Medium risk

What does it do?

Compare Kalshi and Polymarket quotes for the same event. Buy the cheaper YES on one platform while buying the cheaper NO on the other; allowed only when resolution rules, time windows and underlying reference all match strictly.

Why might it work?

Different participants, liquidity, fee structures and information speeds on the two exchanges can briefly imply different probabilities for the same event.

Main risks

The biggest danger is 'looks like the same event, resolves differently'. Also manage one leg filling while the other doesn't, under-funded accounts, fees and deposit/withdrawal delays.
