Logic Implication

Relative value · Multi-market · Medium risk

What does it do?

Trade deterministic logical relationships between events. 'Winning the championship' necessarily means 'reaching the final'; if the market prices championship above reaching the final, the logic is inverted.

Why might it work?

When A necessarily implies B, P(A) should never exceed P(B). Markets sometimes fail to reflect this constraint promptly.
